What do we do?
We politely answer questions from our patrons directly by telephone and by e-mail. Patrons find us while visiting the Church websites and clicking on the "Help" button. We receive calls from all over the world and those patrons speaking foreign languages are directed to call centers where they can receive answers in their own language.
We reference a knowledge database to answer questions for patrons so uniform information is given. Members of the Church are located throughout the world so this and other call centers take turns 24 hours a day providing service to its members. "The Sun never sets on the Restored Church"
