What we do?
We process the ordering, return and repairs of microfilm and microfiche with the Family History Library in Salt Lake City. We currently have 829 rolls of film in our temporary film rental.
We have on permanent loan 126,762 microfilm and microfiche in our center for patron research.
We call patrons who have ordered film and/or fiche to let then know that their film has arrived and is available for viewing.
We call patrons who have returned films for permission to let someone else view the rented film if they are not using it that day.
We process the invoices for film and fiche and we assist patrons with questions about films.
We input all Temple Ready Information to the Church that we have processed here in our center.
We send monthly notifications to the Stake Presidents of patron visits to the center, temple ready activity, etc.
We mail out Thank You letters and send memorial cards as requested. We love our work!
